About Us
Your Child Is in Great Hands
Philosophy
I believe that self esteem is a critical component to optimal growth. To help children develop a high self esteem, children are treated with respect and with the philosophy that every interaction is an opportunity for learning and growth.
When an adult who cares for a child has helped them feel valued and complete that child will grow to love and respect their world and will be able to pass that on to others and it will shine in everything they do.
I believe it is important that a child learns to Listen and Follow Directions. I believe it to be essential in the success of children in school. I find that a lot of children do
not master the skills of listening and following instructions and it effects their learning and causes issues in school. One of the curriculum we use is strictly for those two things.
We are a Christian Daycare providing a loving environment for your children. Bible stories, prayer over meals and values are taught. We do not, however go into the specifics of any particular religious beliefs or practices
Health & Safety
Each child is required to have a up to date Certificate of Immunization form on file. The problem of communicable disease is prevalent in every group and the daycare is no exception.

HAND WASHING: Will be used and practiced by staff and taught to children according to WAC codes. There is also a outdoor hand washing station with warm water.
HAND SANITIZERS: will be used on children over 24 months and must have a permission slip from parents. During Covid, we will use hand sanitizer
It is important to evaluate your child before bringing them to daycare, especially with all the new viruses. If they are not feeling well, daycare is not the place for them that day. If your child is not well enough to participate in activities and they need to lay down, THEY ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT BE AT DAYCARE. It is important that we protect all the children as well as the staff. We can and will refuse to take a sick child. Each child will be checked and temperature taken upon arrival.
